Life Uncommom Massage offers the option of individual instruction for couples. Whether you’re looking for a date night idea or looking for a different way to connect, a 60 minute class is a unique way to bring couples closer together. Many times, illnesses and medications can alter one’s ability to maintain a physical relationship with their partner. Massage is a great way to bring that physical connection back, raising oxytocin (the love horomone) and decreasing cortisol (the stress horomone). That’s a beautiful thing to give back to a couple.
You and your partner will learn a basic 15-20 minute massage routine for each other with one-to-one instruction. Every class comes with a free bottle of oil to take home! Classes are by appointment only, $40/60 minutes.
